Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Sister Roots Herbal Apothecary. Every blend is handcrafted in small batches by Tania and Sharon, and we want to make sure your order arrives ready to support you. Here's what to expect once you place an order.

Processing Time

Please allow 3–7 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships. Because every blend is made and packed by hand, this window gives us the time to fulfill your order with the care it deserves. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via USPS within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and the speed you choose. You'll see your shipping options before you complete your purchase — no surprises.

Delivery Time

Once your order is shipped, USPS typically delivers within 2–5 business days for standard service. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and aren't guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays can occasionally affect when your package arrives.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package from our hands to yours. If you don't see the shipping email within 7 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder before reaching out — and if it's not there, we're happy to help.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand in the future.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address provided on your order, and we're not able to reroute or refund packages sent to an incorrect address. If you catch a mistake, email us right away at tania.sharon@thesisterroots.com — we'll do our best to update it if your order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package leaves our hands and enters the USPS system, it's in the carrier's care. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please:

  • Check with neighbors and household members
  • Look around your porch, mailbox, or any safe spots a carrier might have left it
  • Contact your local USPS office, as they can often locate recently delivered packages

If your package is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll work with you to make it right.
